Welcome to the Strategic Network User Group Website!

The Dallas Users Group (DUG) and the Strategic User Network (SUN) have both been around for over 10 years, as separate GE Healthcare (formerly IDX) Regional User Groups. In an effort to broaden our respective networking capabilities we decided to merge and that new group is called SNUG – Strategic Network User Group.

Our mission is multi-purpose:

To become a positive influence on GE Healthcare (GEHC) towards product development issues;

To stimulate a more responsive level of GEHC customer support towards resolving operational issues and enhancing software support;

To benefit from discussion with other GEHC users in order to learn different methods of handling common operational issues, not limited to Information Systems; and,

To help our members gain knowledge and insight into the GEHC applications they use so that they can obtain the maximum benefit from their technology investments.
